Meet the Founder/Executive Director

Meet the Executive Director

Hi, I’m Ashley, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist passionate about helping WOMEN, especially Black women, feel seen, heard, and whole. I specialize in working with high-achievers who are tired of carrying everything on their own, navigating anxiety, trauma, and the complicated ways perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt show up in their lives.

My therapeutic style is real, relatable, and rooted in both evidence-based practice and cultural understanding. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Brainspotting, Attachment Based Therapy, and inner child work to help clients heal past wounds, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

With over a decade of experience in clinical social work including corrections, community mental health, intensive in home services, and private practice I know healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. My mission is to create a space where you don’t have to shrink, explain, or hustle to be accepted.

This is your space to be honest, to feel, to process, and to grow on your terms.

I’m here for you. We’re all battling things, some visible, some not. Your mental well-being matters to me and as your therapist I will enter into a collaborative therapeutic relationship to help you on your healing journey.

When I’m not in therapist mode, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, funny podcasts and music, watching TV and movies, being outdoors, attending live music events and traveling.

“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.”
