Together, we'll explore the patterns, pain, and possibilities that bought you here. Our goal is to hold space for your healing, your growth and your voice, especially if you've spent years feeling unseen and unheard.

We support women, especially Black women, who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and the emotional exhaustion that comes with always being “the strong one” via secure Telehealth. Whether you’re tired of people-pleasing, battling self-doubt, or just feeling disconnected from who you are, therapy with us offers a space to unpack it all and begin healing.
Our approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. We draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, Brainspotting and Attachment Based Therapy tailoring each session to meet your specific needs.
