Do you offer face to face or in-office sessions?
No. At this time, I only offer virtual/telehealth therapy services through a HIPAA compliant virtual platform.
What populations do you treat?
I currently only treat adults over the age of 18 through individual and group therapy. I don't offer family or couple's therapy at this time.
What states do you provide services?
I am currently only licensed to provide treatment to residents in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey and Florida.
Do you offer alternative rates if someone isn't able to afford your listed rates?

What should I expect during a free 15 minute consultation?
After completion of a consultation form a potential client is offered a 15 minute virtual consultation where you will learn about the therapist, their therapy style, their history and next steps. Therapist will ask you a few questions and you will be able to ask questions of the therapist.
What should I expect during an Intake Session?
Intake sessions are granted after consultation, completion of all requested paperwork and financial agreements are confirmed. Intake sessions consist of an in depth look in current and past symptoms, psych, trauma, medical, social and family histories and an assessment of the clients identified strengths, needs, abilities and preferences. Discussion of diagnoses and treatment planning may also begin here as well.
